What is Plantable Paper?
After the event, plant the paper and watch wildflowers grow!
Plantable paper is embedded with a variety of wildflower seeds at the pulp process! Our paper used is also 100% post-consumer material, meaning that no new fibers were used in the production of this paper. When the paper is planted in a pot of soil, wildflowers will grow right from the paper.
Planting the Paper!
To plant the seed paper, prepare a pot of soil or small patch in your garden. Place plantable paper on top or tear the paper apart and spread it out, then cover with a thin layer of soil. Water well and give it plenty of sunshine! Keep the soil moist during germination. You could see sprouts in as little as 5 days! The seeds will grow into colorful wildflowers.
Plantable paper will bloom into a variety of flowers including*: Bird’s Eyes, Clarkia, Black Eyed Susan, Catchfly, Spurred Snap Dragon, English Daisy and Sweet Alyssumn.
*Please note: The seeded paper contains a variety of seeds. It cannot be determined the exact seeds embedded in your paper. |
